Application Fees & Rental Terms
-Application fee is only $35 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply.
-Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent with approved credit
-We offer 12 month lease terms
Responsive Maintenance
Onsite maintenance will assist during business hours for any repair needs that may arise and an we have an after hours call center to handle any unexpected emergencies. We also offer a convenient app to notify us of any issues that arise in your apartment.
Preferred Employee Program
As a thank-you to our Preferred Employer partners, qualifying applicants receive a $100 administrative fee waiver, plus their application fee returned as a move-in rent credit.
